The San Diego County Sheriff’s Office is increasing DUI patrols throughout San Diego County during the Independence Day holiday weekend. Deputies will conduct enhanced enforcement on major highways, city streets, and areas with increased holiday traffic to identify and arrest impaired drivers.

Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, use a designated driver or rideshare service, and never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Florida – Palm Beach County DUI Saturation Patrols

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office DUI Unit is partnering with the Tampa Police Department, Florida Highway Patrol, and University of South Florida (USF) Police to conduct enhanced DUI patrols throughout the holiday weekend. Officers will focus on identifying and removing impaired drivers from Tampa-area roadways to help keep the community safe.

Motorists are urged to drive sober, use a designated driver or rideshare service, and never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.


Alabama – Huntsville DUI Checkpoint Operations

📍 Location: Huntsville, Alabama

Police may conduct checkpoint operations at several locations, including:

  • Church Street & Pratt Avenue

Drivers should expect extra traffic enforcement and be prepared to stop if directed by officers.


California – Fresno DUI Checkpoint
